Exchanging & Returns

Please contact us with your Order ID if you have any concerns regarding your order. Also, if you may want a refund please do not hesitate. 

Exchanging an item/s available to any other item available on our website. You are required to pay the difference in price should there be any.

All exchanged and returned orders should be in the same condition with tags on from fourteen days when purchased, checked by Raw Studios. Items shipped internationally back to Raw Studios due to exchanges or returns are Customer's responsibility til they reach Raw Studios secured and sealed. Local orders (Kuwait.) exchanged and/or returned are free of shipping costs.
